Back to the Hollywood YMCA for the second day in a row. It was another intense training session, although I felt/heard a pop in my right knee when warming up on deadlifts… so I stopped.
I really need to do something about this right hip. That’s where the pain and tightness, every day, is coming from. It’s arguably my biggest limiting factor right now, or at least the most significant one that I have the least information about…
