Friday, May 26th.
I’ll do something I don’t usually do and… try to take on two elements in their fullest capacity today. No, that’s not it… I’ll write this early in the morning when essentially, the day hasn’t even started. (I have been awake for a little over 3 hours)
My eating, workday and workouts will all probably be something similar to what we’ve seen for the past 23 days, so I might as well address my morning ritual.
We wake up at 5:30 am every morning. I take some pills on an empty stomach with just enough water to swallow them. This morning, those pills included caffeine, vitamin Bs, multi-vitamin, allergy prevention and a joint supplement. I ran out of probiotics last Saturday and haven’t decided if I wish to continue using them.
We take Noke for a walk that usually is about 1.75 miles long and takes about 30 minutes. After that, I’ll clean up the house (litter, dishes, put stuff away) and attack the day differently, depending on whether I’m working early, late or not at all.
While the morning doesn’t need any major overhauls, I would like to integrate some activity into my morning ritual… such as stretching, but I’ll let you know very soon if that occurs.
Now, I have about 13-14 hours of day to use to my advantage. And the latest OPM by Murata came out yesterday so I’ll use that as motivation. Add that to yesterday’s release of One Piece & Dr. Stone, as well as today’s release of Fairy Tail & Seven Deadly Sins and we’re off to a great start.
